Workshop Terms and conditions

Minimum Age - Due to the nature of the tools and equipment used, participants must be at least 15 years old to attend.

Health & Safety - All safety instructions must be followed; failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

Please notify us of any medical conditions or allergies.

Wear closed-toe shoes, tie back long hair, and avoid loose clothing or jewellery near equipment.

This workshop involves tools, heat, and machinery - participation is at your own risk.

Liability - We hold public liability insurance but are not liable for personal injury or damage to belongings unless caused by our negligence.

You are responsible for your own property.

Intellectual Property - All designs, templates, and techniques provided remain the intellectual property of Lizzie Kershaw Jewellery.

Items made using my designs may be kept or gifted but may not be sold or reproduced commercially without written consent.

Skills and techniques learned may be used for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Photography - We may photograph the workshop for promotional use. (Please let the instructor know if you'd prefer not to be included. )

Changes - If we cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, you'll be offered an alternative date or full refund.

Deposits are non-refundable. If you wish to change the date of a workshop booked we will do our best to accomodate but cannot guarantee as there are limited placesa and dates availablew.
